Is this a call forwarding, diversion or redirection service?
No. We install a landline number onto your device with software. Calls cannot possibly be diverted, forwarded or redirected.
Do I need to change my phone plan?
No. The service works with an app so you can stay with your current phone provider.
How much is it per call?
All calls you receive are free and included in this unlimited calls service
Why is this so cheap?
This service is not suitable for business operators. It has been designed for family of inmates in jail or prison to be contactable at an affordable rate.
This service is provided at reduced rates on the basis that you agree to waive the Customer Service Guarantee (CSG) in exchange for a high value service
The charges for this plan are cheaper than other plans on the market which do not ask you to waive the (CSG)
Is there a trial period?
Yes, from the date of setup completion you have 7 days to submit a full refund request – no questions asked. But this is limited to one time per customer.
My spouse is being moved to a differnent jail and correctional facility, can I change the number?
Yes you can. Just fill in the change of number form and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I make calls using my landline number?
The basic product is designed to receive calls from your inmate, however if you would like to make calls please call to discuss call pack add-ons.
