You can cancel your Call Home subscription at any time.
Call Home is a recurring service billed:
- $39 per month; or
- $90 every 3 months
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before your renewal date.

Inside the portal you can:
- Cancel your subscription
- View your renewal date
- Download invoices
- Update payment details
Once cancelled, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Important Information
- Cancellation must be completed before your renewal date to prevent the next charge.
- Cancelling after a renewal payment has processed stops future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund.
- Not using the service does not cancel the subscription.
If you believe a payment was processed in error, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute.
7-Day Refund Guarantee (New Customers Only)
If you are within 7 days of your initial purchase and the service is not suitable, you may request a full refund.
The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first payment and does not apply to subscription renewals.
